A crossing of the Stone Arch Bridge in Minneapolis gave the opportunity to see a couple of the local inhabitants. One bald eagle made an appearance, though perched out of range across the river. That is, until the mate showed up. Then they gave us some exciting moments as they circled above, one perching a bit closer. Too bad the day was so overcast.
